The hot topic of gender parity and diversity has gained traction over the past few years, and 2020 has been marked with events across the world underlining the importance of tackling this issue. To gauge how the international moving industry is doing and the specific challenges our businesses are facing with regards to gender equality, the FIDI 39 Club teamed up with FIDI Focus and the University of Göttingen to produce an in-depth report. Even though this report focuses on the FIDI community, it does give some interesting insights into where the international moving industry stands.
